Whilst sunning herself on a Florida beach, Gerri Goreham reviews the book 'Two Caravans', by Marina Lewycka and asks: 'Strawberries and the Ukraine - Now that's an unusual way to serve strawberries'. easy to follow with clear objectives, but a game which also provides
